EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIPS & GUEST SPEAKERS

We organize educational tours to highlight sustainability "success stories" in our community, including tours of organic farms and home gardens, "off the grid" power installations, wind power farms, and water and waste management facilities.   Our meetings feature guest speakers, films, and presentations on topics to help individuals, families and businesses develop environmentally sustainable practices. Past topics have included alternative energy, energy efficiency, organic food, non-toxic cleaning, and waste education.
