Free Cycle Instructional Video

We're part of The Freecycle Network™ which consists of many individual groups across the globe. It's a grassroots movement of people who are giving (getting) stuff for free in their own towns. Membership is free and all listings are for Antigonish, Nova Scotia and the surrounding area.

There are only a couple of important rules:

1: Everything must be completely *FREE* No Trading, No Coupons, No Bartering, No Services and No Money.

2: All items must be Legal, Safe and Appropriate for all ages. For example, no knives, weapons, drugs or medications. No perishable items.

3: Please respond to the author of the posts to respect privacy and to cut down on the the number of emails posts sent to the whole group. And please don't put your phone number or address in the posts to the whole group for safety and privacy reasons.

4: To avoid confusion, PLEASE use the subject titles OFFERED:, WANTED:, TAKEN:, RECEIVED:, or ADMIN:. A good subject line must tell whether you want or are offering the object, and what the object is, for example: "WANTED: small tank for frog" or "OFFERED: blue pants, XL".
ALSO NOTE: It is REQUIRED that you place the community name of the location where any OFFERED items are located. Messages WILL be rejected if they do not comply.

5: Please only request items ONCE within a TWO WEEK period. Failure to do so will result in the user being placed on moderation.

6: YOU MUST HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS SET TO DISPLAY TO GROUP TO TAKE PART. I will not approve membership if the email is set as 'not disclosed'. You can change this in your application field.
